Ryan Zimmerman broke a 6-6 tie in the fourth inning with a 436-foot, three-run blast. The 36-year-old connected on a hanging breaking ball and sent it deep into the left-center-field bullpen. Zimmerman crossed home plate for the 948th time in his 16-year career to become the Montréal Expos/Washington Nationals all-time leader in runs scored. The record was previously held by Hall-of-Famer Tim Raines, who scored 947 runs with the franchise.
