Matt Chapman and Matt Olson led the offensive charge for the Oakland Athletics in the 11-2 victory over the Kansas City Royals. The duo combined for seven total hits along with seven runs batted in, and both clubbed home runs in the process. Chapman connected for a solo shot in the bottom of the sixth inning to extend their lead to 6-0 and Olson launched a three-run homer in the bottom of the eighth inning to cement the victory.
