Miguel Cabrera

Miguel Cabrera played hero in game two of the doubleheader between the Detroit Tigers and the Minnesota Twins with a walk-off, bloop-single. The 38-year-old slugger connected on a pitch delivered from Taylor Rodgers for a hit that nestled in front of the center fielder. This perfectly placed knock allowed Jonathan Schoop to score all the way from first base to win the game, 5-4.
