The Detroit Tigers designated hitter ripped a two-out double to left field in the opening frame to start his weekend. The 2012 American League Triple Crown Award winner’s extra-base knock passed Hall-of-Famer Hank Aaron for 13th on the all-time doubles list. It’s been a legendary 21-year run for the two-time American League MVP Award winner, who continues to make his mark in MLB history.
