Jazz Chisholm Jr.

In the bottom of the eighth inning in the NL East Division showdown between the Miami Marlins and the New York Mets, Jazz Chisholm connected for a go-ahead, solo-home run to give his team a 3-2 lead. With this blast, the 23-year-old from Nassau, Bahamas, joined Hanley Ramirez as the only Marlins rookies to have a 15-homer, 15-stolen base season. Ramirez accomplished this feat in his 2006 inaugural campaign.
