Max Scherzer - 2021 MLB TOPPS NOW® Turn Back The Clock - Card 81 - PR: 336
JUNE 20, 2015 — Coming off of a complete-game one-hitter with 16 strikeouts six days prior, Max Scherzer upped the ante in his start against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Scherzer went the distance and twirled a near-perfect no-hitter. The St. Louis, MO, native retired 26 straight batters before he allowed his first base runner on a controversial hit batsman. Max finished the contest with 10 strikeouts and his first of two no-hitters tossed over the 2015 season.
