Mookie Betts

In the bottom of the sixth inning in the matchup between the Cincinnati Reds and the Los Angeles Dodgers, call-up T.J. Friedl launched a home run to right field in his first career at-bat. Conscious of the magnitude of this moment for the Reds rookie, Betts asked for the ball from the fan who caught the deep fly. The fan honored Mookie's request and in return the five-time MLB All-Star gave him a game-used bat. "Chills, honestly. For him to do that for me was incredible," Friedl said.
