Shane Baz

The Tampa Bay Rays number one overall prospect, Shane Baz, made his highly anticipated MLB debut in Monday night’s contest against the Toronto Blue Jays. The former first round selection in the 2017 MLB Draft delivered, as he scattered just two hits over five innings of two-run ball and struck out five batters. The Cypress, Texas, product would go on to earn the winning decision for his performance in his League inauguration. Baz looks to bolster the Rays starting rotation as they look to make another deep Postseason run.
