Jon Lester set the tone for the St. Louis Cardinals 5-2 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers with an excellent performance on the mound. The 37-year-old southpaw scattered three hits over six innings of two-run ball and fanned two batters. With this effort, Lester earned his 200th career win, becoming just the sixth left-handed hurler to reach the 200-win mark in the Wild Card era (since 1994).
