Fueled by a stellar start from Jake Woodford, the St. Louis Cardinals came out of a tight pitchers duel against the Milwaukee Brewers on Tuesday night with a 2-1 victory. The Cardinals have now won 10 straight games and are four games up on the Cincinnati Reds for the final NL Wild Card position with 12 games left on their 2021 schedule. The last time St. Louis won 10 straight contests was during their 11-game win streak from August 9-19, 2001.
