Paul Goldschmidt hits a two-run homer in the 5th inning to give the Cardinals a 3-1 lead. The blast comes off of Reds starter Luis Castillo, extending St. Louis' lead to 3-1 in the 5th. Goldschmidt's 25th homer of the season gives the Cardinals some breathing room as they look to avoid a three-game sweep in Cincinnati.
