Joc Pederson stepped up to the plate with a runner on base in the bottom of the fourth inning while trailing, 2-0, to the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 2 of the NLCS. The Palo Alto, California, native connected on a hanging breaking ball, delivered from Max Scherzer, and sent it 454 feet with an exit velocity of 112.2 mph into the second deck in right field. Pederson's game-tying, two-run blast provided the Braves with an offensive jolt for the remainder of the game.
