Last night, San Diego Padres starting pitcher Joe Musgrove put on an absolute show in Game 3 of the National League Wild Card Series. Musgrove spent seven innings on the mound, and amazingly, allowed just one hit, and no runs, en route to his Club’s eventual, 6-0 win. Incredibly, this is the first time in Major League Baseball history that a pitcher has thrown for seven or more innings, and allowed just one hit, in a winner-takes-all Postseason game.
