Zack Wheeler

Called to start in Game 1 of the NLCS, Philadelphia Phillies starting pitcher Zack Wheeler was awarded his first win of the 2022 Postseason after his seven-inning blanking of the San Diego Padres. Wheeler, who allowed just one hit over the course of this incredible outing, piled up eight strikeouts on the eventual 2-0 win for the Phillies. Naturally, Phillies fans were elated with their veteran starter's performance, and hope this is a sign of great things to come for the Pennsylvania-based franchise.
