Houston Astros first baseman Yuli Gurriel capped off his Club's big fifth-inning rally with an RBI single that scored Alex Bregman – but that should come as no surprise to anyone tuning in to the Cuban's recent stretch. Gurriel now has 46 consecutive plate appearances without a strikeout to start this Postseason – the fifth-longest streak of all-time. Ironically enough, the 38-year-old passed his manager Dusty Baker - who turned in a total of 45 consecutive at-bats without a whiff during the 1981 Postseason with the Dodgers.
