Houston Astros starter Cristian Javier picked his team up after a tough Game 3 loss with a historic performance in Game 4 on Wednesday. The 25-year-old was outstanding – striking out nine Phillies batters over six no-hit innings before handing the ball over to Astros bullpen. When the final out was recorded, history had been made, as Javier and his teammates turned in only the second no-hitter in World Series history. "It's funny, my parents told me I was going to throw a no-hitter," said Javier, "and thanks to God, I was able to accomplish that."
