In Monday evening's contest between the Detroit Tigers and the Chicago White Sox, Tigers second baseman Kody Clemens notched the first two hits of his Major League Baseball career. His career first was a ground ball that squeezed by the White Sox infield in the second inning that got him safely to first. His second – which was also a single – was a line drive to center field struck in the fourth inning. Unfortunately, Clemens' Tigers didn't take home the win, but his two hits still gave the home crowd something to cheer for.
