Colorado Rockies first baseman C.J. Cron supplied the power in his team’s 10-4 win over the visiting San Diego Padres on Friday night. The slugger connected on the second-farthest homer of the 2022 season in the bottom of the fifth inning, a 486-foot blast off Padres starter MacKenzie Gore. Cron finished the night with three hits and a season-high five RBI.
