Byron Buxton

Yesterday, when Minnesota Twins center fielder Byron Buxton belted the 20th home run of his 2022 Major League Baseball campaign, he notched a new career-high for longballs struck in a single season. This milestone homer was belted in the ninth inning of the second contest in a doubleheader that pitted his Club against the Cleveland Guardians. Additionally, Buxton's home run tally through the last 162 contests is an incredible 52, which is the third highest for any Twins batter in as many games.
