Friday night’s meeting between the Milwaukee Brewers and the Pittsburgh Pirates saw the Brewers offense explode on their way to a 19-2 rout over their opponents. The contest was rife with Brewers batters’ offensive contributions, but none were as significant as veteran first baseman Rowdy Tellez’s. Tellez went 2-for-5, and courtesy of second-inning, three-run blast and a two-run double in the fourth inning. Undoubtedly, Tellez’s stellar showing did much to hand his Club their blowout victory.
