Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is no stranger to game-defining moments, and his three-home-run performance last night gave his Toronto Blue Jays a victory over the New York Yankees, 6-4. Vlad's first home run, a solo shot, was belted in the first inning; his second, a two-RBI dinger, was smashed in the third inning. Vlad's third home run, however, was the final run of the game, and gave Toronto the insurance it needed to take home the win.
