Starling Marte・Dominic Smith

Looking at a 3-2 deficit in the top of the ninth inning on the road against the Cincinnati Reds, New York Mets outfielder Starling Marte cracked a clutch one-out RBI double to tie up Wednesday's contest and send it to extra innings. That was the cue for Dominic Smith, who drove in Ender Inciarte with an RBI double of his own in the 10th. This go-ahead run sparked a five-run 10th inning, ending in an 8-3 victory.
