St. Louis Cardinals first baseman Paul Goldschmidt reached an impressive statistical milestone during his Club's Saturday evening contest with the Cincinnati Reds. The slugger collected his 1,000th career RBI in the 6-3 victory, becoming just the seventh active player to have 1,000 RBI, 1,000 runs and 300 career home runs. The 34-year-old sits second in NL with 74 RBI, to go along with a league-leading .333 batting average.
