Cincinnati Reds second baseman and 2021 National League Rookie of the Year Jonathan India struck the very first grand slam of his MLB career in last night’s meeting between his Club and the Miami Marlins. Over the course of the contest, India went 3-for-4, finishing just a triple shy of hitting for the cycle. In the sixth inning of the game, India went long with the bases loaded after connecting with a pitch from Miami hurler Zach Pop, contributing significantly to his Club’s 11-2 victory.
