With the NL Central Division crown seemingly within reach, the St. Louis Cardinals added to their starting rotation by acquiring Jose Quintana from the Pirates in exchange for Johan Oviedo and prospect Malcolm Nunez. The Cardinals are hoping that Quintana can return to his form from seasons' past while two of their star pitchers remain on the IL. Only three games back from the division-leading Brewers, look for St. Louis to be extremely active going in to today's 6 p.m. deadline.
