After leaving the National League East Division to join the Angels in the American League West Division, Noah Syndergaard makes his divisional return after being acquired by the Philadelphia Phillies in a huge trade just before the 2022 MLB Trade Deadline.The Phillies, who have a hole in their starting rotation as per Zach Eflin's knee injury, are hoping Syndergaard can be more than just a substitute and bring the Club's pitching potential to new heights. Syndergaard, a six-year veteran, was exchanged for two prospects, Mickey Moniak and Jadil Sanchez.
