Ryan Kreider made his long-awaited Major League Baseball debut in his Detroit Tigers meeting with the Kansas City Royals last night. The 24-year-old, Davis, California native had a fantastic debut, both reaching base and scoring twice in his introductory contest. Incredibly, as his Club took home a victory by a slim, one-run margin, Kreider's two runs scored undoubtedly helped his Tigers to realize their eventual 5-4 victory.
