St. Louis Cardinals third baseman Nolan Arenado reached a personal milestone during Saturday's 8-4 victory against the visiting Chicago Cubs. The 31-year-old veteran laced a single in the bottom of the fourth inning off Cubs reliever Mark Leiter Jr., good for his 1,500th career hit. Arenado has averaged 179 hits a season across his 10-year big-league career, topping out at 187 hits in 2017.
