Emotions were high at Guaranteed Rate Field on Saturday night as Chicago White Sox starter Dylan Cease was flirting with Baseball history all night long. The 26-year-old silenced Minnesota Twins bats nearly all night long – allowing his only hit of the night with two outs in the top of the ninth inning. Cease struck out Kyle Garlick in the very next at-bat to complete the complete game shutout – improving to 13–6 on the season.
