During last night's bout between the Milwaukee Brewers and the Colorado Rockies, Christian Yelich belted not only the longest home run of his career, but also the longest of the season across Major League Baseball. The home run was belted in the first inning of the contest and was sent flying well over the right-center-field wall, scoring just Yelich. Additionally, and amazingly, this 499-ft home run is the third farthest recorded in the Statcast era and the second longest in Coors Field history.
