Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Corbin Carroll belted the first home run of his Major League Baseball career in last night's meeting between his Club and the San Diego Padres. The career-first longball was belted in the second inning off Padres veteran hurler Yu Darvish. The 22-year-old Seattle native's career-first homer, coming in only his eighth career MLB game, was a solo shot sent over the center-field wall.
