Oswald Peraza notched not only the first hit of his Major League Baseball career in the day contest of yesterday's day/night doubleheader between his New York Yankees and the Minnesota Twins, but his first three. The 22-year-old Venezuela native's first hit was a third-inning double after he sent a change-up from Twins starter Louie Varland to deep left field. Peraza's three-hit and one-run performance played its humble part in his Club's eventual 5-4 win over the Twins.
