Corbin Burnes

The Milwaukee Brewers faced off against the San Francisco Giants yesterday afternoon as part of the Clubs' day/night doubleheader, and Brewers starting pitcher Corbin Burnes stole the show with his extraordinary outing. Throwing for eight innings, Burnes struck out an astonishing 14 Giants batters while walking zero, allowing just one run in the process. Truly, Burnes' standout performance did much to ensure victory for his Club, who took home a 2-1 win on the day.
