Yoán Moncada

Chicago White Sox third baseman Yoan Moncada had an exceptional showing in last night’s bout with the Oakland Athletics. At the plate, Moncada went 5-for-6, plated five runs, and scored three himself. Moncada also belted two longballs in the first and second innings, both off Athletics left-handed hurler JP Sears. Needless to say, Moncada’s exceptional, run-generating performance did much to propel his White Sox to their 14-2 victory.
