Mookie Betts has had an incredible 2022 Major League Baseball campaign, and after hitting a home run in last night's contest between his Los Angeles Dodgers and the Arizona Diamondbacks, he now has a new single-season career high with 34. The 34th home run of Betts' campaign, a three-run blast over the left-field wall, was belted in the ninth inning off D-backs hurler Keynan Middleton. This home run was far from just a personal achievement, as it provided three runs of insurance to secure a 6-0 victory, and a spot in the Postseason, for his Dodgers.
