Dusty Baker

After 26 MLB seasons as a Manager, Dusty Baker is stepping away from the Baseball diamond. Seven years after playing in his final season (1986), the skipper’s duties began with the San Francisco Giants, followed by stints with the Chicago Cubs, Cincinnati Reds, Washington Nationals, and Houston Astros. Baker finally captured Baseball glory in 2022, winning his first World Series as a Manager, to go along with his three pennants, 2,183 career wins (seventh all-time), and three Manager of the Year Awards. “I feel the Lord has some great things ahead for me,” Baker said during his retiring press conference.
