The Texas Rangers carved their way through the Arizona Diamondbacks in Game 4 of the 2023 World Series, thanks to two monolithic two-out rallies in the second and third innings. Incredibly, the rallies marked the first time in World Series history that five or more runs were generated in back-to-back innings. What's more, the 10 runs in said consecutive innings were exclusively scored with two outs, which puts them just behind the 2007 Boston Red Sox, who generated 11 runs with two outs, for the most in World Series history.
