Yesterday, New York Mets fan favorite Francisco Lindor had an absolutely explosive showing in his Club's trouncing of the Oakland Athletics, 17-6. In a remarkable performance, Lindor collected a career-high-tying seven RBI over the course of the contest. Undoubtedly, the boxscore was highlighted by the 29-year-old's grand slam, smacked to center field, in the second inning. A three-run double up the left-field line just three innings later gave Lindor seven RBI on day, making him the first shortstop in MLB history with seven RBI showings for two different organizations (Cleveland, 7/2/18).
