Locked in a stalemate since the fifth inning, the San Francisco Giants were in desperate need of offense going into the eleventh. They got just that from Michael Conforto and Mike Yastrzemski. Conforto, who had been out of the lineup due to a calf injury, got things started with a two-run homer to give the Giants a lead. Apparently, Yastrzemski wasn't comfortable with that, so he launched a two-run shot of his own to help secure a 5-2 victory.
