Kevin Gausman

On Saturday, Toronto Blue Jays veteran starter Kevin Gausman was called to the mound in his Club’s bout with the Seattle Mariners. As he’s done so well during the 2023 Major League Baseball campaign so far, Gausman muted his opponents’ offense, allowing no runs scored and striking out a new-career-high 13 batters over seven innings. Naturally, this incredible performance helped his team take home the win, 1-0. Now, Gausman sits atop the 2023 strikeout leaderboard with an impressive 54 to start off his 11th MLB season.
