The future is looking bright in Cincinnati. Just two games into his MLB career, Elly De La Cruz has already made his impact felt. In the first inning of the game against the Dodgers, Cruz hit a monstrous 458-foot moonshot over the fence for his first career homer. To that, Reds rookie Will Benson said, "hold my bat." In the ninth inning, with the game knotted at six, Benson cracked a walk-off home run to give his team a dramatic win. It is the first time since 1907 that two Reds players have hit their first home runs in a game.
