Another day, another Pittsburgh Pirates player making his Major League Baseball debut. Jared Triolo received the call-up to the bigs on Wednesday night as the team squared off against the San Diego Padres. In the eighth inning, the 25-year-old recorded his first career hit on a single sent to shallow left field. The third baseman, along with his other recently called-up teammates, helped the Pirates take home a convincing victory, 7-1.
