Sonny Gray had the right stuff going on Friday afternoon against the visiting Houston Astros. The 33-year-old held the reigning World Series champions to just one run on four hits through seven innings. The highlight stat of the day however was the right hander’s 13 strikeouts, a new career-high and the most ever by a Twins pitcher in a home opener.
