The Tampa Bay Rays 2023 Major League Baseball campaign is off to a historic start after the Club met with and trounced the Oakland Athletics, 11-0, yesterday afternoon. The win is the Club’s eighth consecutive to start off the season perfectly, and amazingly, all of them were achieved by a margin of at least four runs. The last team to do this was the 1939 New York Yankees, whose streak ended at 10 four-plus-runs victories in a row.
