Stone Garrett

Yesterday afternoon, the Washington Nationals and Colorado Rockies met at Coors Field for what was an amazingly exciting contest. 27-year-old budding talent Stone Garrett played the hero for his Club, going an incredible four-for-five with five RBI, a new career-best. In the first inning, Garrett lasered a double to deep center field before clobbering a three-run blast to left in the third. Garrett's day was just getting started, however, as he then notched a two-run single in the fifth inning, and another double in the seventh, leading the charge in his side's eventual, 7-6 victory.
