Brandon Woodruff threw a gem Tuesday to give his team a three-game lead in the National League Central Division. The Milwaukee Brewers right-hander went the distance, tossing 106 pitches in his six-hit, complete-game shutout with seven punchouts against the Miami Marlins. His Club gave him plenty of run support, crossing the plate 12 times, though he just needed one, recording his first career shutout. The 30-year-old is the first Brewers pitcher to toss a complete-game shutout since Adrian Houser did in 2021.
