Cincinnati Reds first baseman Spencer Steer has come through in big moments for his Club in 2023, doing so again in Friday's win over the New York Mets. The 25-year-old blasted a two-run shot in the sixth inning to center field to pick up his 22nd home run of the season. He joins franchise greats Frank Robinson and Joey Votto as the only Reds rookies to reach 22 or more in a season. With the victory, the team continues push for a Postseason berth.
