Arizona Diamondbacks backup Gabriel Moreno has been nothing short of impeccable in his Club’s NLDS sweep of the Los Angeles Dodgers. In the fourth inning of last night’s Game 3, Moreno approached the plate after three of his teammates belted solo shots just before him. After sending one just foul that was so close it went to review, he belted a no-doubter on the very next pitch, igniting the home crowd at Chase Field. What’s more, this was Moreno’s third longball since the end of the regular season, making him the first catcher age 23 or younger in history with three homers in a single Postseason.
