Last night, the Arizona Diamondbacks battled the San Francisco Giants, and it was designated hitter Blaze Alexander and his five RBI who stole the show. In the eighth inning, with Giants right-hander Nick Avila on the mound, the 24-year-old Alexander belted the first grand slam of his Major League Baseball career. What's more, Alexander's three knocks contributed to a franchise-high-tying 22 hits en route to their eventual victory, 17-1.
