Wyatt Langford

Texas Rangers designated hitter Wyatt Langford may be a rookie, but he certainly didn’t look like it in his MLB debut. The 2023 MLB Draft fourth overall pick got things started early in the first inning against the Chicago Cubs on Opening Day, driving in his first career run. Five innings later, he followed that up with his first big-league hit. Langford’s efforts were appreciated as the Rangers managed a 4-3 extra-innings victory.
